Singsing Salad Yeouido Branch is a salad and poke restaurant on the 1st floor of the Baeksang Building, a 5-minute walk from Yeouido Station in Seoul. Dining alone, I ordered the garlic shrimp poke at 12,500 won, sweet pumpkin cream soup at 6,900 won and hibiscus ade at 4,900 won, and the shrimp was generous enough that a light start ended as a full meal.
