City Hall ramen restaurant for shio ramen: Mentsuru City Hall
Mentsuru City Hall Branch is a Japanese ramen restaurant near City Hall Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. On a weekend lunch visit, I added noodles and pork belly chashu to shio ramen and paired it with horumon-don. Verdict: a filling stop before or after Deoksugung Palace and the Seoul Museum of Art.
