Katsu Monster Yeonnam Main Branch is a pork cutlet restaurant in a Yeonnam-dong alley, about 5-6 minutes on foot from Exit 3 of Hongik Univ. Station in Mapo, Seoul. On a second revisit, the writer ordered cheese katsu (₩17,000) and loin katsu, roseu katsu (₩14,000) side by side to compare cheese amount and meat thickness, and found just two pieces of either one plenty to fill you up. With plenty of solo seats, it works equally well for eating alone or a quiet date.
