Yeoksam Japanese restaurant for seafood roe stew dinner: Chisot
Chisot Yeoksam Main Branch is a Japanese restaurant between Yeoksam and Seolleung stations in Gangnam, Seoul. The restaurant was full at 7pm, and after about a 10-minute wait came seafood roe stew (28,000 won) and mini hitsumabushi (25,000 won), an eel rice bowl; the stew suited drinks more than a meal, so a second hitsumabushi would have been the better order. Mixing the mildly seasoned eel rice with chives, seaweed and wasabi was the tastiest combination at Chisot.
