Mapo restaurant for smoked gyukatsu with onsen egg: Gyudo
Premium Gyukatsu Gyudo Mapo Gongdeok Main Branch is a smoked gyukatsu restaurant near Mapo Station in Seoul. I briefly grilled the smoked gyukatsu set over a personal brazier, paired it with myeongi wasabi and onsen egg, then finished with pot-rice ochazuke. A satisfying, well-rounded meal from the gently smoky aroma through to the filling set.
