Seongsu café for decaf affogato and kalimotxo: Mellows
Mellows is a dessert café in Seongdong, Seoul, near Ttukseom Station, serving coffee and Sangha Farm ice cream by day and cocktails at night. I tried a decaf affogato, milk soft serve, and a kalimotxo after complimentary crackers. Verdict: a great-value stop for dessert, coffee, and cocktails.
