Mixing mint choco and mango at a Konkuk ice cream shop: Beurre Beurre
Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch is a premium butter ice cream shop in Gwangjin, Seoul, a 2-minute walk from Exit 6 of Konkuk University Station. On a Sunday evening walk the writer took out a single Mint Choco Prince (₩4,700) and a double Mellow Mango + Oh! Lemonzy (₩6,500) and mixed the flavors: mint with lemon turned bitter and failed, while mint with mango was only so-so. Mellow Mango was the tastiest scoop of the day at Beurre Beurre.
