Mild tteokbokki set revisited after 20 years: Hyeonseonine Premium IFC
Hyeonseonine Premium IFC Mall Branch is a tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) restaurant on the basement 2nd floor of IFC Mall in Yeouido, Seoul. Returning after 20 years since working nearby, the writer ordered the Hyeonseonine set (tteokbokki, sundae, mini gimbap, assorted fried snacks, fish cake broth) in the mild version, and there was so much food two people could barely finish it. With its broth-heavy style and deliciously spicy flavor, it easily made for a full lunch.
