Kosi Seongsu Branch is a Japanese restaurant in Seongdong, Seoul, serving tonkatsu, udon, and soba. I tried the half-and-half tonkatsu, bukkake udon, zaru soba, and tori ten bukkake udon. Verdict: go early on a weekday for the springy udon and crisp chicken tempura.
