Dongdaemun seafood restaurant for fatty flounder: Simdo Hoetjip
Simdo Hoetjip is a seafood restaurant near Gyeongdong Market in Dongdaemun, Seoul. With a reservation, I ordered the medium Assorted Sashimi B for 66,000 won and loved the generous banchan and especially tender, fatty flounder. Simdo Hoetjip made me realize flounder could taste this good.
