Furato Shokudo Seoul Square Direct Store is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul Square, near Seoul Station in Jung, Seoul. I ordered the gyukatsu set and grilled each piece over a tabletop brazier; the crisp coating and tender meat worked well, and cooking it gradually kept it warm to the last bite.
