Seoul Station hot pot restaurant, great minari roe pancake: Yunseul
Yunseul is a Japanese-style restaurant serving jeongol (hot pot) and shabu-shabu on the 1st floor of Grand Central at Seoul Station, in Jung-gu, Seoul. The writer met a friend visiting from Busan there for the spicy assorted seafood jeongol (₩45,000) and the minari gon-i jeon (₩13,000), a water parsley and soft roe pancake; the location was easy for a meetup and the minari pancake was the standout dish. Yunseul is a convenient Seoul Station meetup spot for a group whose train times don't line up.
