Kiosk-order solo dining at a big Songdo Korean restaurant: Eonyang Dak
Eonyang Dak Kalguksu Incheon Songdo Branch is a chicken kalguksu (noodle soup) and dak gomtang (chicken soup) restaurant near Central Park on Haedoji-ro in Songdo. After walking Central Park, the writer ordered two bowls of dak gomtang through the kiosk and paid at the table, never once dealing with staff — a setup that looked comfortable for solo diners too. The half chicken in the soup and the two kinds of house-made kimchi made this a lunch worth remembering.
