Gasan Hyundai Outlet family dinner, cuttlefish ribs: Gim Myeongtae
Gim Myeongtae Spicy Braised Short Ribs Gasan Branch is a restaurant specialising in braised pollock and spicy braised short ribs, in the food alley behind Hyundai Outlet in Gasan-dong, Geumcheon, Seoul. After shopping for a father's formal suit at the Gasan-dong outlets, a family of three walked 8 to 10 minutes from Mario Outlet and ordered the medium (中) cuttlefish braised short ribs with three bowls of rice. A whole cuttlefish served on top, tender ribs, rice cakes, glass noodles and bean sprouts made the medium size generous enough to fill all three.
