Gapposo is a Japanese restaurant on the 1st floor of Hyundai Terra Tower Gasan DK by Gasan Digital Complex Station in Geumcheon, Seoul, with a menu that runs from lunch omakase and business courses to rice bowls and soup dishes. Booking ahead with a coworker, the writer sat down with no wait and ordered the Gapposo aged assorted sashimi at 28,000 won per person and Akita inaniwa cold udon at 15,000 won. The savory depth of the aged sashimi, the thin, firm inaniwa noodles and the thinly battered shrimp tempura all made the reserved lunch worth it.
