Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa One Grove Branch is a Nagoya-style eel restaurant on the 1st floor of Building A, One Grove, near Magok Station in Gangseo, Seoul. Visiting on a reserved weekend dinner slot and seated on a sofa-style seat, the writer tried the signature ilpum hitsumabushi and mentaiko hitsumabushi three ways — eel alone, with toppings, and finished as ochazuke. The mentaiko had a bold, salty flavor, but the final ochazuke was the cleanest and most delicious of the three.
