Visiting for a weekday lunch with her mom, the writer ordered shio ramen (11,000 won), spice level 1 motsu ramen (15,000 won) with beef tripe, beef brisket and bean sprouts, and fried gyoza (5,000 won). With adjustable spice and saltiness, open kitchen bar seats and a baby chair on hand, it's an easy pick for a mother-daughter lunch or a Konkuk-area date.
