Hapjeong shabu-shabu with separate pots and a noodle finish: Nahonsha
Nahonsha is a solo shabu-shabu restaurant a 5-minute walk from Exit 7 of Hapjeong Station in Mapo, Seoul. Visiting after work with a friend, each person got their own pot, so one chose the spicy broth and the other the tomato broth, and both ended the meal with a noodle serving. Nahonsha is an easy pick whether you are eating alone or your friend wants a completely different broth.
