Hyeonseonine Premium IFC Mall Branch is an instant tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake) snack restaurant on the second basement floor of IFC Mall, in the underground shopping arcade at Yeouido Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. Having only tried the set menus at the Yongsan and Euljiro 1-ga branches, two diners this time ordered instant tteokbokki for two, fish cake broth and cider, and cooked it themselves on the induction burner built into the table. The soft wheat rice cakes with jjolmyeon noodles boiled just past chewy made for a filling meal for two.
