Jongno3-ga Korean BBQ: gabrisal add-on and non-alcoholic beer, Cham
Cham Dwaejitgan Jongno Main Branch is a charcoal-grilled pork restaurant on the first floor of the Piccadilly CGV building in Jongno3-ga, Seoul. After a Friday 8:20pm wait, this visit covered two servings of cham samgyeopsal (pork belly), one serving of Boseong nokdon gabrisal (pork jowl), and Jirisan kudzu mul-naengmyeon (cold noodle soup), all grilled tableside by staff from start to finish. A great spot for pairing classic pork belly with chewier gabrisal on the side.
