Solo-friendly Noryangjin restaurant with yukhoe bowl set: Gyudongjip
Gyudongjip Noryangjin Main Branch is a Japanese-style rice bowl restaurant in Dongjak, Seoul, an 8–10 minute walk from Noryangjin Station Exit 3, in the restaurant alley behind Samik Plaza near Cup Rice Alley. On a weekend lunch visit with a friend, the wait was about 5 minutes, and the meal at the bar table included a yukhoe (raw beef) bowl set, a gyudon (beef rice bowl) set meal, shrimp tempura, sweet potato cheese croquettes and a melon drink. With single bar seats through 4–5 person group tables, Gyudongjip suits solo diners, dates and small groups alike.
