Gangnam eel restaurant for green-tea hitsumabushi: Unagiwa
Unagiwa is an eel restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving hitsumabushi, unadon, and grilled eel. I enjoyed its generously topped hitsumabushi plain, with garnishes, and soaked in green tea broth—the last was my favorite. Verdict: a place I’d revisit for a restorative, special eel meal.
