Gwangseonjip Kkachisan Station Main Branch is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Gangseo, Seoul, specializing in rare pork cuts. I tried a set with kkodeulsal, ppolsal, and five-layer pork belly, plus braised green-onion kimchi. Verdict: the crunchy-chewy kkodeulsal was the standout.
