Choe Uyeong Sushiya Jongno Branch is a sushi restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, between Jonggak and Gwanghwamun stations. The premium sushi set (17 pieces, ₩33,000), premium kaisendon (₩25,000), and a side of cuttlefish sashimi (₩10,000) added up to a generous spread built around chunky cuts of fish and springy cuttlefish. It's hard to find this level of quality for around ₩30,000 a person, making it a solid pick for good value sushi in the area.
