First in-store visit after delivery: rice refills at Katsu Monster
Katsu Monster Yeonnam Main Branch is a pork cutlet (katsu) restaurant in Yeonnam-dong, Mapo, Seoul. After enjoying delivery from here before, the writer visited in person for the first time and ordered loin katsu (rosu katsu) for 14,000 won and cheese katsu (mozzarella) for 17,000 won, both served with free rice refills and a napa cabbage doenjang soup. The loin katsu's fat layer kept the meat moist rather than dry, and it tasted even better dipped in salt than in sauce.
