Unagiwa is an eel restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled eel rice bowls as full set meals. After work on a weekday, I tried the hitsumabushi set and mini, and the crisp-yet-moist eel, savory sauce, and perilla leaf–wasabi combination were unforgettable. Verdict: a huge recommendation for a proper eel rice bowl.
