Nowon sushi buffet with 9,900 won preschool price: Kuu Kuu, Seoul
Kuu Kuu Nowon Branch is a sushi and seafood buffet with more than 100 menu items on the 6th floor at 247 Nowon-ro in Nowon-gu, Seoul. A family gathered here on a weekend to celebrate their son's perfect dictation score and worked through salmon sushi, shrimp sushi, steamed shrimp, the new LA galbi (marinated short rib) and monkfish foie gras gunkan (battleship sushi), with the preschool-age son charged just 9,900 won. The family ate widely and well for under 100,000 won in total, which felt reasonable for a group meal at today's prices.
