Marblejeong is a Korean beef restaurant in Seongdong, Seoul. I tried 400g of 1++ Hanwoo—sirloin, jebi churi, and chadolbagi—while staff grilled and cut the meat for us. The dark interior, soft lighting, and spaced seating felt well suited to a date or gathering.
