Sindorim Sambaekga is a bossam and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant in Guro, Seoul, a 4-minute walk from Exit 1 of Sindorim Station. A couple ordered the Sambaek Bossam + Kalguksu Set at 42,000 won on the menu and reached most often for the garlic sauce among the three sauces served; the bossam was tender with no gamey smell and the handmade kalguksu had a clean, refreshing broth.
