Sirloin gyukatsu and a mini draft beer near Jonggak, Ichigyu
Ichigyu Gwanghwamun Branch is a Japanese-style gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant in the basement of Le Meilleur Jongno Town, between Jonggak and Gwanghwamun stations in Seoul. Two people ordered two sirloin gyukatsu at ₩19,500 each and two Kirin mini draft beers at 200ml, melting Isigny butter in a tabletop grill to cook the medium-rare cutlets themselves. Keep it lightly cooked and brush the meat with butter too, and the flavor really pops — a great spot for a casual drink with your meal.
