Jongno3-ga Korean BBQ single-portion pork with potato wraps after work
Cham Dwaejitgan Jongno Main Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant on the 1st floor of the Piccadilly CGV building near Jongno3-ga Station in Seoul. Meeting a friend after work, the writer ordered pork belly and five-layer pork belly by the single portion, wrapped them in potato slices with shiitake wasabi and minari (water dropwort), and finished with fried rice made from the leftover meat. The potato wrap combo never got old — they even added an extra portion of pork belly — and it's a place worth returning to for a company dinner.
