Bas Burger Jamwon Branch is a handmade burger restaurant in Jamwon-dong, Seocho, Seoul, easy for solo dining near Sinsa or Nonhyeon Station. After a weekday hospital visit, the writer ordered the wasabi mayo shrimp burger set with a mozza cheese bar side and loaded up on the self-serve J's Potato chips. The plump whole shrimp, buttery bun, and stretchy cheese bar made it a meal worth remembering.
