Pork neck seconds and cold noodles to finish, Bucheon: Cham Dwaejitgan
Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Sinjung-dong Station in Bucheon, Gyeonggi, grilling Jirisan black pork and Boseong nokdon pork over charcoal and rice husks. Staff grilled the black pork belly, Boseong nokdon pork belly, and cheongyeopsal (pork neck) from start to finish, and the pork neck was so good the writer ordered a second round. Finishing with doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) and cold noodles cut through the richness perfectly.
