On the last morning of a Sokcho trip, a couple shared the Special Tonkotsu Ramen at 15,000 won and the Karai Ramen at 9,500 won, and the 30-hour tonkotsu broth tasted as rich as ox-bone soup yet clean, with no heaviness. Ichiba Ramen is worth a stop for breakfast or an early lunch, especially the morning after a night of drinking.
