Achasan galbitang with aromgsatae and house-made kkakdugi

Achasan Tong Galbitang is a galbitang and galbi-jjim restaurant on Jayang-ro in Gwangjin, Seoul. Visiting around 3pm, the writer ordered aromgsatae (beef shank) and special galbitang, and enjoyed the umami of the house-made kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), meat with a subtle herbal aroma, and broth loaded with glass noodles and mushrooms. It's a good spot to stop by after hiking Achasan when you want a hearty, restorative meal.
