Hongdae Korean restaurant with soft yellow hanok lighting: Anok

Anok is a newly opened Korean restaurant with a hanok-style interior on Hongik-ro in Hongdae, Mapo, Seoul. Pyongyang naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), clear pork gomtang (bone broth soup) and pork tail jjim (braised pork tail) were ordered so light and rich flavors could be alternated, and the soft yellow lighting made the room easy to photograph. If you want a calm table among Hongdae's flashier restaurants, Anok is a good fit.
