Yeonsu Gopchang Yeonsu Main Branch is a low-temperature aged gopchang (beef intestine) and makchang (beef stomach) restaurant on Saemmal-ro 21beon-gil in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. The signature assorted set costs 39,900 won and brings gopchang, makchang, a mini gopchang hot pot in an earthenware bowl and four-color sesame oil fried rice, with fish cake soup, liver and sundae (blood sausage) served free. Because Yeonsu Gopchang pours non-alcoholic highballs and alcohol-free Terra beer, even a husband who cannot drink could join the toast, which made it a fully satisfying meal.
