Saturday morning engawa sushi and mulhoe takeout in Incheon: Minyeong
Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang Moraenae Market Branch is a takeout-only sushi and live-fish sashimi shop at Moraenae Market in Namdong, Incheon, with no in-store dining and a rule of preparing and selling out the same day. On a Saturday around 10:30 a.m. the writer picked up engawa sushi for 15,000 won and mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) for 16,000 won to eat with their parents, and the mulhoe, packed with big pieces of fish, beat the thickly sliced engawa sushi. The mulhoe was good enough to become a fixed order at Minyeong Hwareo Gongjang next time.
