Bongga Gyodong Banjeom is a new jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup) restaurant on the Eungol café street in Unseo-dong, Yeongjong, Incheon, directly across from Café Mokhyeon. The writer arrived with a friend right at the 11:00 opening and ordered Gyodong Jjamppong for 10,000 won, Sundubu Jjamppong Rice with Chodang tofu for 12,000 won and Mini Tangsuyuk for 13,000 won, and by 11:40 the room was nearly full. Between the house-made noodles, the deep broth and the yakult served at the end, Bongga Gyodong Banjeom looks set to become the neighborhood's go-to jjamppong spot.
