Incheon Nonhyeon sushi set and thick pork katsu: Hongdae Gureume
Hongdae Gureume Incheon Nonhyeon Branch is a Japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the iFlex Building near Incheon Nonhyeon Station, serving ramen, sushi, pork katsu and bowl-style sushi. On a return visit with parents right at opening, the order was the premium mixed sushi set, the pork katsu set and a salmon and tuna bowl sushi, and the katsu stood out for its thick, hearty meat. The premium mixed sushi set leans heavily on salmon, so keep that in mind, but Hongdae Gureume works well for a family where everyone picks their own dish.
