Late weekday dinner at a Hagik-dong bulgogi restaurant: Dongchuwon
Dongchuwon Bulgogi is a Seoul-style old-fashioned bulgogi restaurant on Hagik-so-ro in Michuhol-gu, Incheon. A family of four arrived close to the 20:30 last order and ordered three servings of Korean beef bulgogi at 25,000 won each — the portions were so generous that a fourth serving would have been far too much, and swishing the beef shabu-shabu style in the broth kept the flavour clean.
