How did it remove full makeup?

I used the provided HEEDA cleansing balm to remove full makeup and waterproof products. It was a black balm formula because of its charcoal ingredient, but it looked smooth and glossy enough that I could not feel any particles.

It looked dense and thick when I scooped it out with the spatula, but once I spread it over my face and massaged it in, it melted with my body heat and applied smoothly. Depending on how much makeup I had on, I used about 1/3 to 1 scoop, massaging the heavier makeup areas first and then my whole face for about 3–4 minutes.

How did it feel after cleansing?

Even after rinsing a few times, it felt as though the makeup came off relatively quickly, and I felt there was little residue. I then finished cleansing with cleansing foam.

Was the container and storage convenient?

I could attach the spatula to the lid, so I did not have to look for it separately. The case also felt sturdy for storing while traveling.
