Hongdae bar for post-play date with half-and-half chicken: Kkoko Land

Kkoko Land is a large two-floor bar with outdoor seating on Wowsan-ro 19-gil in Mapo, Seoul, a short walk from Hongik University, Hapjeong and Sangsu stations. After a play, two of us took a six-person table and ordered the signature charcoal-grilled kkodeulsal (chewy chicken cut) in sauce for 24,000 won and the flame-charcoal chicken barbecue with salt for 21,000 won, one of each, with 500mL draft beers at 5,500 won. The green onion kimchi and honey mustard sauce served with the salt version were the standouts, and Kkoko Land is new enough to visit while it still has room.
