Samgyori Dongchimi Makguksu Namhangjin branch is a dongchimi (radish water kimchi) makguksu (buckwheat cold noodles) restaurant facing Namhangjin Beach in Gangneung. The hoe-makguksu (13,000 won, buckwheat noodles with raw fish) is mixed bibim-style with a ladle of dongchimi, seasoning sauce and perilla oil as the sign instructs, then the remaining noodles are turned into mul-makguksu by pouring dongchimi broth over them.
