Tomoru Bakery is a neighborhood bakery in Songdo District 2, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, run by a certified Korean master pastry chef. Dropping in first thing after school drop-off, the writer worked around the whole morning display — cookies and loaf breads, salt breads, sandwiches and cakes — and the full basket still came to under 30,000 won. Tasting bread is set out so you can sample before choosing, which is why Songdo locals keep coming back to Tomoru Bakery for the value.
