Plan A Restaurant is an ocean-view Western restaurant on the 4th floor facing Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. On a Sunday lunch, three diners including a child ordered the 240g beef chop steak (35,000 won), shrimp rosé spaghetti (16,000 won) and beef pilaf (17,000 won), splitting the dishes by whether they had chili oil, and the portions were enough to fill three to four adults.
