Anmin Gimhae is a whole-pig BBQ restaurant on the 2nd floor along Cheongok-ro in Juchon-myeon, Gimhae, Gyeongnam. The staff grill every piece of the whole pig set (700g) — pork belly, pork neck, nakyeopsal (pork skirt meat), and pork skin — for you, alongside sides like sundubu jjigae (soft tofu stew), hwang doenjang jjigae (blue crab soybean paste stew), and nurungji-tang (scorched rice soup). With almost no smoke or oil splatter, it was an easy pick for a family outing with kids.
