Samsam Milmyeon Main Branch is a milmyeon (cold wheat noodle) restaurant near Ulsan's intercity bus terminal in Nam-gu. Visiting alone on a weekday at 11am, the writer tried mul-milmyeon (broth-based), bibim-milmyeon (spicy mixed), and dumplings before the place filled up completely with office workers by 11:30. The seasoning was clean and not too strong, making mul-milmyeon with dumplings a combination worth recommending.
