Busan sushi restaurant: salmon rice bowls at Moshi Moshi
Moshi Moshi Pusan National University Branch is a Japanese restaurant in Geumjeong, Busan, where I had salmon-tuna sushi and a marinated salmon rice bowl set. The fish was tender, the sushi rice came apart softly, and the set was filling with tempura, salad, and udon.
