There were many four-person tables inside. The space felt cozy, with Japanese-style decorative items and details throughout. The tables seemed spacious enough for meals or gatherings with friends and family. Reservations and group visits were also listed as available.

What did I order?

The menu included a variety of sets, individual sushi items, and full meal sets. There were assorted sushi, salmon sushi, white-fish sushi, and tuna sushi, while the meal sets came with salad, tempura, and udon.

I used the kiosk to order salmon-tuna sushi, a marinated salmon rice bowl set, and Zero Cola. The prices listed in the original post were ₩26,000, ₩20,000, and ₩2,000 respectively. Soy sauce was prepared right beside us, and I could also see sushi being made in one part of the restaurant.

How were the salads served before the meal?

A cabbage salad and sundubu (soft tofu) salad arrived first after I ordered. Ginger and danmuji (pickled yellow radish) were also served.

The cabbage salad had a sweet-and-tangy flavor from its soy sauce dressing. The sundubu salad had a nutty, sesame-sauce-like flavor that went well with the tofu, so I kept reaching for it. The owner told me that the sundubu salad could be refilled.

How were the salmon-tuna sushi and sides?

The salmon-tuna sushi was neatly arranged on one plate.

Long slices of salmon rested on top, and the sashimi was a suitable thickness. The sushi rice was formed just right and came apart softly in my mouth. The salmon tasted fresh, and the tuna was well thawed and tender.

The salmon-tuna sushi also came with potato, kabocha squash, and shrimp tempura. It was freshly fried, warm, and crisp on the outside.

How filling was the marinated salmon rice bowl set?

The marinated salmon rice bowl set arrived together on a tray. With tempura, salad, and udon alongside the rice bowl, I could try several different dishes.

The rice bowl contained a generous amount of thick salmon. It was well marinated and had a pleasantly chewy texture.

The marinated salmon was seasoned just right, with a subtle katsuobushi (bonito) flavor. It was good on its own, but worked especially well with rice, onion, and wasabi.

The udon portion was generous too. It had plenty of flakes, and the noodles were pleasantly chewy. I especially liked the broth and kept spooning it up.

I was satisfied that this meal let me try sushi and marinated salmon rice bowl along with tempura and udon. For one person, I think a full meal set would work well; for a group, a set or several dishes to share would also be nice.
